Cancellation policy: Cancellation without penalty is possible before 14 days from check-in date with a $25 handling fee.
Resort Fee: Starting on January 1st of 2025, there will be a resort fee of $20/per night.
Vehicles: First vehicle free. Additional vehicles incur a $20/night charge.
Pet Policy: Sorry, no pets allowed.
Boat dockage and parking:
Starting November 1st, 2024: $40/night per boat
Jet Ski Parking:
Starting November 1st, 2024 $20/night per jet ski
